The voting simulation exercise kicks off tomorrow as part of the Independent and Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) strategy to enlighten voters on the six stream voting. At this particular place the IEBC officials will dispatch the mock materials to selected ward assemblies where the exercise will take place. But even as IEBC strives to beat the set deadline for the exercise, most residents here are not aware of the planned mock exercise.
